Why a module or action is missing

Vega shows sections and actions according to two things: the modules enabled for your company and the permissions attached to your account. The public guide covers the whole product, so it may mention features that your company does not use.
Check the right place first
- Open the navigation menu. On a narrow screen, select the menu button in the top-left corner.
- Check whether the feature is in another workspace. For example, Flight Dispatch / EFB is for ground roles, while crew use the tablet button for My flights. My Crew File is the crew member's own view; Crew Records is the management view.
- If the section is absent, ask your company administrator whether the module is enabled and whether your account has the required permission. A company administrator can review user access; a licence change may require the Vega provider.
- If the section is present but a button is unavailable, read any message on the page. The current item may not be in the required state. For example, a document cannot be acknowledged until its PDF opens, and an OFP cannot be downloaded by crew until it has been released.
Do not use another person's account to reach a missing feature. If your access was recently changed, sign out and sign back in, then contact your administrator if the problem remains.
